Middle Eastern Middays in the Gardens February 27-28

Updated: 4 days ago

There are kitchens that do more than just feed you. They open doors. They cross borders. And they turn a table into a little journey.

At Alquería de los Lentos we are opening the garden terrace this Saturday, Sunday, Monday and Tuesday at noon with a new, bright and nuanced concept: Middle Eastern flavors in a tapas and single menu format.

Introducing Delphine

Delphine is a resident of Nigüelas and Belgian by birth. For over 20 years, she has explored the world's cuisine with curiosity, discipline, and passion. Today, she has decided to put down roots here in the Lecrín Valley and share a very special part of her culinary journey.

His Lebanese cuisine is not a fad. It is a deep exploration of traditional flavors, spices, and techniques reinterpreted with European sensibility and a clear commitment: to work with local, fresh, and healthy products.

It's the Middle East in dialogue with Andalusia.

Flavors to share

On the table appear mezze to share: creamy hummus, smoky baba ganoush, vibrant tabbouleh of parsley and lemon, crispy falafel, warm flatbread, and salads full of color and balance. Dishes designed for the center of the table. To try a little of everything. To chat at leisure.

A single lunch menu

In addition to tapas, each day we will serve a set menu inspired by Lebanese tradition: a variety of starters to share, a main course full of mild spices and harmony, and a dessert where honey and nuts elegantly conclude the journey.

No endless letters, just sitting under the trees and letting yourself go.

A garden open to the world

We want the terrace to be a lively, family-friendly, and welcoming space. A place where children can be close, the white wine is chilled, and the sun shines through the leaves.

It's not just about going out to eat.

It's about discovering culture.

It's about opening the garden to new aromas.

It's like traveling without leaving Nigüelas.

We open our terrace at midday: Saturdays, Sundays, Mondays and Tuesdays.

Recommended reservations.
